Care Team Manager

About the Role
The Registered Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and growing a successful team that delivers personal care services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
- Ensure care work is of the required standard and all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
- Be responsible for compliance with quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications
What You Need
You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group's range of services.
You will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
