About the Role
The Registered Domiciliary Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our service users. This role requires a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services, as well as excellent budget and business management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow a successful care team.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the care team.
