About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psihological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions to individuals with common mental health disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.
  • Engage with service users to promote their mental wellbeing and resilience.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social sciences.
  • Recognized PWP qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of delivering low-intensity CBT interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
