Revolution Beauty Group Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of our global brand strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that promote our brand equity across multiple international markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and implement the company brand strategy
  • Lead the global approach to brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring all stakeholders and local markets are informed on the campaign strategy, critical path, and execution plans
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand identity, resonate with target consumers, and maintain a cohesive brand image
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on 360-marketing plans
  • Establish and execute on a globally aligned marketing calendar
  • Analyze market insights, sales, and brand health performance to support growth objectives and adapt future strategies
  • Manage and deliver campaign toolkits and planning toolkits
  • Oversee campaign creative briefing, from concept development to execution, localization, and delivery
  • Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of brand marketing with 4+ years previous experience in a related role
  • A true passion for the beauty industry and strong understanding of the industry
  • Strong understanding and experience in executing on an omnichannel marketing approach
  • A true creative thinker and innovator with the ability to execute on campaign concepts and bring cross-functional teams on the journey
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
