About the Role

The No7 Beauty Company is seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer to join our in-house creative agency, the B-Hive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bringing to life the creative needs of our beauty industry clients, including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand.

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong portfolio of work in various media, including print and digital design. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty market and our brands, and will be able to demonstrate a highly creative approach to briefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers to design collateral for various needs, including full campaigns, print, digital, in-store, image retouching, and new concept development work.
  • Be innovative and work with established brand identities, taking ownership of creative briefs and delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Demonstrate a highly creative approach to briefs, ensuring that all creative and artwork meet the brief, are on brand, and produced to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject, with a strong portfolio of work in a variety of media.
  • At least 4 years' experience in campaign work, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs in print and digital media.
  • Experience working with strategists or strategic work that acts as a springboard for your creative.
  • Professional use of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands and project briefs in a dynamic agency environment.
