About the Role

  • Offer guidance on technology choices and integration strategies, actively supporting the implementation team in translating architectural designs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solutions for HRIS and Payroll systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and architectural standards.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure proposed solutions meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in designed solutions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of technology trends and advancements relevant to HR systems architecture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an E2E Solution Architect in HRIS implementations, showcasing expertise in HR system implementations.
  • Professional knowledge of HR as operations and understanding of organisational resources, priorities, needs, and policies in leading edge or critical situations.
  • Excellent design and architecture skills and experience of agile delivery methods.
