About the Role

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to join our team at First Bus. As a key member of our HR and Payroll system implementation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture of our HR and Payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and design end-to-end solutions for HRIS and Payroll system.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals and architectural standards, providing guidance on technology choices and integration strategies.
  • Support the implementation team in translating architectural designs into reality, leading architecture reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in the designed solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes on existing systems and develop strategies for seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends relevant to HR systems architecture, conducting regular assessments and providing recommendations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an E2E Solution Architect in HRIS implementations.
  • Proven experience in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with a proven ability to balance technical considerations with business needs.
  • Excellent design and architecture skills, with experience of agile delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
