Job Title: End-to-End (E2E) Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Solution Architect to join our team at First Bus. As a key member of our HR and Payroll system team, you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture of our systems.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and design end-to-end solutions for HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals and architectural standards, providing guidance on technology choices and integration strategies.
  • Support the implementation team in translating architectural designs into reality, leading architecture reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in designed solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes on existing systems and develop strategies for seamless integration.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate architectural insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in E2E Solution Architect roles, with a strong background in HRIS implementations.
  • Proven experience in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with a proven ability to balance technical considerations with business needs.
  • Excellent design and architecture skills, with experience of agile delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
