We are seeking an experienced EL/PL Lawyer to join our client\u2019s industry-leading team in the North West. The successful candidate will handle their own caseload of pre- and post-litigated fast-track EL cases from inception to completion, with the opportunity to gain experience of multi-track EL/PL cases over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to completion
  • Gain experience of multi-track EL/PL cases
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with experience in EL/PL litigation
  • Proven track record of managing a litigated caseload
  • Strong knowledge of Proclaim case management system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
