Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or CILEx with 1-5 years PQE to handle a diverse and challenging caseload of pre- and post-litigated cosmetic claims. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own litigated caseload of public liability claims and claimant clinical negligence experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad and interesting caseload of pre- and post-litigated cosmetic claims from inception to completion.
  • Manage own litigated caseload of public liability claims from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or CILEx with 1-5 years PQE.
  • Experience managing own litigated caseload of public liability claims.
  • Claimant clinical negligence experience.
  • Knowledge of 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial.

A competitive salary and hybrid working structure is available and negotiable dependent upon experience. The firm offers a generous commission structure paid monthly.
