About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team at Realm Recruit. As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of fast-track, litigated claimant EL/PL cases, ensuring limitations dates are met, liaising and reporting to insurers, and working closely to court deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large caseload of EL/PL cases, ensuring timely completion and meeting court deadlines
  • Liaise and report to insurers, maintaining effective communication and relationships
  • Work closely with clients, issuing court proceedings and keeping them informed of progress
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in pre and post-litigation EL/PL cases
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a large caseload and work to deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
