Position Overview

Are you driven by the challenge of crafting impactful marketing strategies and achieving success in a fast-paced, innovative setting? IQVIA is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to oversee our client's Enteral Nutrition and Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS) division. In this role, you will be tasked with establishing marketing strategies and formulating long-term initiatives that align with our organizational goals, ensuring these products flourish and expand within the company.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 1-2 days in the office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Product Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy, which includes digital initiatives and Sales Force activities.
  • Play a vital role in defining and managing local brand aspirations, objectives, and strategies, contributing significantly to the overall marketing approach.
  • Oversee the annual marketing planning cycle, ensuring coherence with European and Global strategies as necessary. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to present these plans to internal stakeholders and the Sales Force.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product profitability and the influence of the marketing strategy on the broader financial landscape of the organization.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor actions, as well as product performance, to adjust strategies in a rapidly evolving Medical Nutrition sector.
  • Execute exemplary New Product Development launch strategies across the portfolio, ensuring optimal launch effectiveness and ongoing support to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the UK Medical Nutrition landscape, including media, competition, and Healthcare Professional behaviors, to pinpoint marketing challenges and opportunities.
  • Support the governance and administration of the product line, including regulatory adherence, budget oversight, project management, and Sales Force resources.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proven leadership experience with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Background in Nutrition is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management within an organization.
  • Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills, aimed at a varied audience including agencies, clients, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage substantial projects and initiatives with minimal direct oversight.
