Role Overview
Our team of expert economists assists organizations and their legal representatives in high-stakes antitrust and regulatory matters as well as commercial disputes, particularly in scenarios where meticulous economic evidence is essential.

International Expertise
We are a global practice with extensive experience advising on issues before various regulatory agencies and courts, including those in the US, UK, EU, China, and Japan.

Collaboration with Academia
We frequently collaborate with academic affiliates, merging academic rigor with top-tier consulting expertise to produce compelling evidence that effectively addresses the inquiries posed by agencies or courts.

Team Integration
Our economics team is part of a broader Risk practice, allowing you to work closely with other professionals, such as forensic accountants and data analysts, who frequently support our cases. For instance, our data analysts assist with data manipulation and analysis, enabling our economists to concentrate on economic and econometric evaluations.

Qualifications
All candidates must possess substantial and relevant professional experience along with a strong understanding of microeconomics, ideally in industrial organization, advanced microeconomics, or econometrics.

Responsibilities
You will collaborate with economic experts to establish the analytical framework for cases, oversee project teams in conducting research and analysis, and lead the preparation of deliverables, including expert reports. You will also engage significantly with clients, often managing client relationships on cases, discussing our analytical methodologies with clients and their legal advisors, and presenting our analytical findings.

Mentorship and Development
All senior team members serve as mentors and career advisors to junior staff, and we expect you to embrace this role by providing training and guidance. You will also receive support from our leadership team, with Managing Directors actively mentoring and advising you to elevate your career.

Professional Growth
We have a proven track record of developing senior economists, assisting them in building their personal brands in the market and deepening their relationships with private-practice lawyers and corporations, enabling them to become trusted advisors.

Language Proficiency
Candidates must be fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages, particularly German and French, being advantageous.
