We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Careers HR Advisor at DiverseJobsMatter, a leading law firm with a global reach.

About the Role:

As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our trainees, working closely with our HR team and business partners to ensure the highest level of development for our emerging lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee future trainee communications to ensure seamless onboarding and integration
  • Arrange integration events to foster a sense of community and belonging
  • Conduct regular progress chats to monitor trainee performance and provide guidance
  • Handle offer paperwork and Law Society registration processes with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage trainee ER issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Monitor trainee utilization to optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure delivery of required training to support trainee growth and development
  • Plan and execute the firm's Newly Qualified (NQ) processes to ensure a smooth transition to practice
