About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our People and Culture Team, you will play a critical role in driving business success and delivering strategic HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Human Resources Business Partner team and collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Provide proactive and pragmatic senior-level support and guidance to leaders, colleagues, and the People & Culture team on employment law and people management.
  • Mentor and provide expertise on complex employee relations case management.
  • Develop and implement people strategies and plans to improve individual and business performance.
  • Work autonomously to deliver HR business partnering services and provide stakeholders with informed solution-focused options-based approaches to risk management.
Requirements
  • Chartered CIPD Status
  • Experience working in an HRBP role with a solid background in dealing with complex HR/ER issues and excellent employment law knowledge
  • Experience working with senior organisational leaders, supporting and influencing effectively
  • Experience of developing HR Strategies and business people plans
  • The ability to operate at all levels, particularly effectively at a senior level
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
