Car Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team at our Northampton store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote vehicles and services, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales leader in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A calm and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a diplomatic manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives.
