About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Medical team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise and support junior staff to develop their skills and confidence.
- Contribute to the development of clinical projects, audit, and research initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret clinical information to inform treatment decisions.
