Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain a high level of store presentation, and ensure all store standards are met.
