We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve excellence in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.

This role may require late night working and closing of the store, so the successful candidate will be 18 years or over. We offer a range of benefits to show our appreciation for your hard work, including:
