We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to excel in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will also be involved in making beverages, serving customers, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

This role may require late-night working and closing of the store, so the successful candidate will be 18 years or over. We offer a range of benefits, including:
