Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing stock levels, inventory, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
