Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Technical Manager as required, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Lead the internal audit programme, ensuring a robust and ongoing programme of continuous improvement across the site.
  • Ensure all standards in the company's HACCP and Quality Systems are adhered to, and all documentation is correctly completed and up-to-date.
  • Site lead for documents control, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation is maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with current regulations pertinent to the business, ensuring regulatory changes are reflected in documentation and procedures are compliant with BRC Standards.
  • Raise, review, and close out non-conformances, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Conduct risk assessments on processes, aligning business needs with quality requirements.
  • Approve and review raw materials and suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate paperwork.
  • Lead by example and encourage Good Manufacturing & Hygiene practices throughout the site.
  • Participate in all quality meetings, including HACCP reviews, and assist with external audits such as BRC, customer, and EHO.
  • Manage own continued professional development, participating in internal and external training as directed.

  • Internal audit experience essential, with the ability to identify improvements and implement them.
  • Well-versed with the BRC food safety standard.

  • Relevant 3rd Party Accreditation (e.g., BRC)
  • Compliance with QMS requirements
  • Implementation of internal audits (QMS, GMP, Hygiene, H&S)
