Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community Management Executive. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our strategies, policies, and plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor our performance in delivering strategies and plans, and ensure we meet our budgets.
  • Approve our annual budget, long-term financial business plan, and statutory accounts, ensuring the integrity of our financial information.
  • Establish and oversee risk management processes to safeguard our assets and reputation.
  • Ensure we comply with our adopted governance code and include explanations of any non-compliance in our annual financial statements.
  • We are committed to attracting applicants from the areas where we work, who share our values and ethos, and are passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable people.
Requirements
  • Experience of board membership is desirable, particularly in Finance and Risk, and Housing and Supported Housing.
  • Expertise in Finance and Risk, and Housing and Supported Housing is essential.
