Executive Director, Community

As an Executive Director, Community at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for leading the overall management and strategic direction of the property and supporting all departments in achieving operational targets. Your strong commercial and business acumen will drive the top line to exceed targets, and position the property in the luxury marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property.
  • Maximize the property in terms of profit and management of financials.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Develop relationships within the local community.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
  • Promote the brand and ensure all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently.

Requirements:

  • Prior 5+ years experience in luxury hotel management essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good understanding of the local market is preferred.
