About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Ambassador to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our colleagues within the Distribution Centre Environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with the Training Supervisor to deliver training programs aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring appropriate resources and facilities are available.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training and guidance on essential skills and processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Role model the Company's DNA and lead by example.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR, Training Teams, and Management as required.
  • Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained.
  • Undertake basic problem-solving activities and escalate to the Training Manager where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
  • Lead or be involved in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to resolve problems as they occur.
  • Understanding of escalation processes.
