Key Qualifications:

In-Depth Experience with Autism:
A background in working with individuals on the autism spectrum is crucial. This experience may come from educational environments, specialized support roles, or similar contexts.

Expertise in Special Educational Needs:
A comprehensive understanding of special educational needs, particularly the unique requirements of children with autism. Experience in supporting children with varied needs in settings such as healthcare or other supportive roles is beneficial.

Strong Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to cultivate meaningful, supportive relationships with children, promoting trust and personal development.
