About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Director to join our Global Markets team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders, driving financial performance and growth, and leading a high-performing team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong control environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a global financial institution
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management principles
