Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching potential prospects, generating a constant sales pipeline, and performing regular prospect outreach to book meetings with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential prospects that would benefit from our company's offerings
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate a consistent pipeline of leads
  • Perform regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, and other sales activities to book meetings with key decision makers
  • Prepare and conduct client meetings, both online and in-person, to present our solutions and build relationships
  • Take ownership of customer relationships for the first 12 months, conducting follow-up calls, identifying upselling opportunities, and implementing churn prevention actions
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage sales activity, track client and sales information, and optimize sales performance

Requirements

  • Education to degree level
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with others
  • Commercial/business mindset and a strong understanding of sales principles
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
