Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Theatre Practitioner
Spire Norwich Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to take on a Deputy Theatre Manager role. As a key member of the theatre team, you will support the Theatre Manager in leading the clinical team and contributing to the development of clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team clinically through day-to-day tasks and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Complete clinical duties on a regular basis and deputise for the Theatre Manager when necessary.
- Act as a role model to the team and offer support as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your passion and interests.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse or ODP with a valid PIN and no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader capacity.
- Strong theatre experience and ability to demonstrate experience across a wide range of specialties.
- Flexibility to support the theatre team as required.
