Principal Quant Researcher | HFT | Remote Global

We are expanding a Crypto HFT team after their successful $50m funding. This role can be remote first, with 3 office locations already established.

This is a new team within an established company, led by a strong background at DRW and Tower Research. The Lead Trader is open to people from Trad Fi backgrounds who want to step into Crypto HFT.

On the Quant Research side, we are looking for:

  • High-level programming experience (Python, C++, or Rust)
  • Solid quantitative/mathematical background
  • Previous experience with HFT-Crypto not required
  • 7+ years of experience

The role is remote globally, and Crypto experience is not required. We are looking for an interest in the sector and a track record in Trad Fi HFT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-frequency trading algorithms
  • Analyze and optimize trading strategies
  • Collaborate with the trading team to implement new ideas
