Position Overview
Aspire People is seeking dedicated Special Educational Needs Assistants to join our team in a specialized educational environment.

Role Requirements
This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in special education or supportive care settings, who are eager to apply their expertise in a classroom setting. The institution focuses on providing tailored support for students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with educators and fellow assistants to enhance student learning.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their social and cognitive growth.
  • Assist with personal care tasks as necessary.
  • Engage in a supportive and cooperative environment with a strong leadership team.

Working Conditions
  • Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM.
  • Opportunity for a temporary to permanent contract.
  • Competitive daily compensation based on experience, ranging from £84 to £92.
