Simply Education Ltd is collaborating with a welcoming primary institution seeking to appoint an Educational Support Assistant for the upcoming academic term.


This role will involve providing dedicated support to a Key Stage 1 student on an individual basis.

As such, the Educational Support Assistant must be adept at establishing a positive rapport with the student and assisting them across various facets of their educational journey.


The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be familiar with diverse strategies that can be employed to enrich the learning experience.

Key Qualifications for the Educational Support Assistant include:

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD and Autism
  • Primary responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students in reading, writing, mathematics, and other subjects
  • Tracking student progress and offering constructive feedback
  • Overseeing classroom activities, lunch periods, and school events as required
