Job Title: Specialist Radiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Radiologist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our radiology services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert radiology services to patients, including diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of radiology services, including quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Participate in clinical governance and audit activities to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Hold a medical degree and be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Have a strong background in radiology, with experience in diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to patients and colleagues.
  • Have a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest radiology techniques and technologies.
