Job Title: Consultant Radiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, working collaboratively with other colleagues to deliver a comprehensive radiology service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision of junior medical/dental practitioners
  • Take an active role in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the Care Groups Business Plan
  • Be aware of and comply with all Trust infection prevention and control policies
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues to deliver a comprehensive radiology service
  • Provide outpatient clinic commitments in peripheral hospitals as agreed with the Care Groups management team
Requirements:
  • Registerable medical qualification, Full FRCR or equivalent, Full Registration with GMC
  • Other higher degree or diploma (e.g., MD), Name on GMC Specialist Register on date of taking up appointment
  • Wide experience in all aspects of Radiology, Specialist training in Colorectal imaging
  • Experience in day-to-day organisation of Radiology services in a busy Teaching Hospital
