Business Analyst - Data Migration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a large Data Migration programme. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Data team to design, implement, and deliver business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Data team to identify business process improvements and develop technical requirements
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement data migration solutions
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications
  • Provide business analysis support throughout the IT development lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders to articulate business problems and requirements

Requirements

  • Experience working in the Data arena and using SQL
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to work closely with Architects and Developers to deliver business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accreditations in business analysis a plus

What We Offer

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and remote work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a large-scale Data Migration programme and contribute to the design and implementation of business process improvements.

Duration

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
