Agricultural Service Advisor Position Overview

Our client, a leading agricultural equipment supplier, is seeking a skilled Agricultural Service Advisor to join their team in the Dorset area. As a key member of the service function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service levels are met, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment uptime.
  • Assist with Work in Process & Progress in the function, aligned to a 45-day process.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues and support the Service Manager in resolving customer complaints.
  • Schedule training needs for the department and drive retail sales and service initiatives.
  • Implement a First Time Fix methodology to enhance customer experience and ensure service standards are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Strong Organisation/Time Management skills.
  • Project & Planning skills.
  • Complaint handling skills and ability to handle objections.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £26,000 - £36,000.
  • Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.
  • 21 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
