Job Title: Field Service Engineer Installation/Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South West and Midlands areas of the UK. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and installing specialist packaging equipment used in the food industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance and installation services for specialist protein-based packaging equipment.
  • Work to planned maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Evaluate customer needs and define their expectations to plan and organize service, maintenance, or installation work.
  • Provide customers with detailed instructions for installations, maintenance, testing, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience maintaining or servicing process, packaging, or similar equipment is required.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills are essential.
