About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Potens. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

About the Job:

  • You will support individuals on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and maintaining a high level of support required for the service needs
  • Personal care will be required, and you will participate in routine checks and support individuals as needed
  • You will work within a residential setting, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
