About the Job

  • You will support individuals on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and maintaining a high level of support required for the service needs
  • Personal care will be required, and you will participate in routine checks and support individuals as needed
  • You will work within a residential setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Flexible working hours, with shifts x3 12 hours per week on a rota basis
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
