Opportunity: Night Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Support Workers. In this role, you will provide vital support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being throughout the night.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized 1-on-1 support, fostering independence and self-reliance.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and attention, ensuring the safety and comfort of individuals.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, demonstrating empathy and respect.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the night, addressing needs and promoting a positive environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference in their lives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work within a night shift schedule.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and the resilience to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
