Polish Language Customer Service Representative

An internationally renowned company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Polish & English language skills to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email in the Polish language, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised through various communication channels.
- Enquiry Resolution: Assist with customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and positive approach.
- Team Collaboration: Develop good relationships with a diverse and dynamic team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Logistics: Coordinate with couriers to oversee and track shipments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer interactions are well-documented.
- A proven track record of success working within a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An excellent team player.
