Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a Sustainability Manager (Carbon) to lead the delivery of our Carbon Reduction Plan on high-profile major projects across the Highways, Rail, Energy, and Renewable sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the carbon reduction plan to achieve our Net Zero by 2040 target.
  • Provide expert guidance on climate change and greenhouse gas emissions to project teams, procurement leads, and design teams.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions across our value chain to reduce emissions and improve circular economy practices.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs on carbon management and associated tools to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, projects, and the supply chain to improve scope 3 reporting and reduce emissions.
  • Provide technical input to bid-winning strategies and support the development of networks and change agents to promote sustainability.
  • Support assurance and external audits related to carbon management and emissions reporting.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of carbon management, including greenhouse gas reporting and accounting across all scopes.
  • Passion for sustainability and ability to drive innovation and influence others.
  • Degree in a relevant subject, such as environmental science or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach and experience in the infrastructure construction industry.
  • Membership of a professional body related to sustainability or environmental management.
