Job Title: ESG & Sustainability Manager

ProcureCircular is seeking a highly skilled ESG & Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our ESG and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy for our consulting proposition, aligned with best market practices.
  • Lead the development and execution of client ESG/sustainability initiatives and strategies.
  • Review and analyze client activities and provide recommendations related to enhancing the ESG/sustainability strategy, methods, framework, and related tools.
  • Establish and manage ProcureCircular's ESG and Sustainability profile and practices for our own brand.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sustainability initiatives.
  • Represent ProcureCircular's voice in the industry, supporting with PR activity and presence at events across our ESG and Sustainability angle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • ~3 – 4 years of experience in ESG and sustainability roles, ideally in the Circular Economy.
  • ~ GRI, SASB, TCFD) and sustainability best practices.
  • ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • ~ Experience in data analysis and reporting.
