Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions and workshops for wealth management professionals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leadership to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in professional services, wealth management, or training and development is preferred.
