Do you possess at least two qualifications towards your diploma in wealth management along with a minimum of two years of pertinent experience? If you have a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients and a proactive mindset, this opportunity may be for you. Established in 1995, St. James's Place Wealth Management offers a comprehensive approach to financial advisory services, managing approximately £690 million in assets for a diverse clientele.

The role demands a motivated and dedicated individual to provide exceptional support to a Senior Wealth Manager and their expanding team, while progressing towards full qualification as a Wealth Manager, with extensive Training and Development support.

Candidates must exhibit a professional demeanor and entrepreneurial mindset in both appearance and conduct, ensuring timely and high-quality support in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Post Approval Suitability letters and Business Submissions
  • Calculating Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, and Lifetime Allowance
  • Updating and inputting Client Financial Reviews
  • Managing workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers
  • Preparing Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions using Blue-door software

Relevant experience in Wealth Management is essential, with prior experience at St. James's Place being a significant advantage. Proficiency in Salesforce software is required, along with advanced skills in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

St. James's Place Wealth Management is a prominent and respected FTSE 250 company, providing a variety of investment and retirement solutions to a High Net Worth clientele.
