Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client portfolio of up to 200 clients, providing personalized financial advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios, making recommendations for investment and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.


Requirements
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the wealth management industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, passionate about helping others, patient, empathetic, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
