AAG Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicing Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

We are an award-winning Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Wealth Management, providing holistic wealth management services to our clients. As a Servicing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio of up to 200 clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio of up to 200 clients, providing regular updates and advice on their financial situation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services, including financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the latest advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the wealth management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
