About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As the sole administrator for our Bridgwater head office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Coordinator and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Coordinator, including answering queries, responding to emails, and assisting with rota schedules
- Assisting with the administrative duties of the business, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
- Working closely with the Senior Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the office
Requirements
- Strong administrative background, with experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
