We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics. The successful candidate will work closely with our Inclusion Manager to provide support to a student with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a student with SEMH needs
  • Work closely with the Inclusion Manager to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Support the student in developing social, emotional, and mental health skills
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure the student's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with students with SEN needs
