We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Charalle Group. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our lawyers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration, reception, or a role involving customer service. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Front of House duties, including answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
  • Post Room activities, such as receiving and sending parcels
  • Fire Health and Safety records management
  • Archiving and maintaining office records
  • Assisting with office moves and meeting room setup
  • Providing general support to our teams

We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
